Dear Steering Committee:

I’m pleased to let you know the 2023 Program Plan was approved by the Executive Director of the Eclipse Foundation.

Based on this approval, the Steering Committee should now share the Program Plan with all working group participants (if not already done so) as well as the broader community as this is a great opportunity to highlight and showcase the objectives for the year ahead. A PDF is attached for that purpose.
