The EC's consultation on the AI Act's draft transparency guidelines is open until 3 June:

1. Use the provided document to comment on the aspects that concern you most.
2. Use sub-issues to track the specific proposals we develop as ORC.

Step 2:
Deadline for first set of contributions - Sunday 24th (6 pm Brussels time)Step 3: consolidated draft to the community - deadline Tuesday 26th by noon
Step 4: final draft for SC to approve - deadline Thursday 28 May
Step 5: Submission - Wednesday 3 June
If there is insufficient input, or complete disagreement, we may not get this submission ready for the deadline.
If that happens, we hope the discussions will still be useful for individual submissions.
