Hi ORC community,
Our next Outreach & Engagement Community Call is happening Thursday (
calendar link), and we’ll be discussing the Fall 2025 event schedule. This call is open to anyone in the community who wants to help shape and support our marketing efforts.
Proposed Agenda:- Review the proposed Fall 2025 event calendar
- Gauge community interest and availability
- Identify where we need speaker support or presence
- Align on priorities and finalise our event plan, which will be presented to the steering committee

To help us have the most productive discussion possible on Thursday, we’d really appreciate it if you could take a few minutes to review the
“ORC Events of Interest” spreadsheet in advance. This is completely optional, but your input will help us identify priorities and coverage gaps more efficiently during the call. You can:
- Review the events already listed and add any additional events you think the ORC community should consider.
- Add your name as a new column, and for each event, select your participation status using the dropdown menu provided.
