[oomph-dev] Update Prompt at Startup

In order to update to latest EGit I had to uninstall the EGit Task Focus interface.

Now Oomph prompts we with the following dialog upon every Eclipse start.

It's obviously not remembering my decision to "Skip".

Is this a known issue? Is there a workaround?
