topics.

* Andrei G. ask about the process to determine when a topic is sensitive.
   * We will use similar process than other open source projects
   * Marta explains how tickets move from the public to the private 
environment and when.
   * Consensus on communicating the request through a Help Desk ticket.
      * Marta and Luca will do this, include the reference to this new ticket 
in the ticket that tracks the ip-compliance-toolchain project proposal.
