[oniro-dev] Moving from an affiliate contributor to an individual contri

Hello,

I have asked internally at EF how to move from being a contributor affiliated 
to an organization to an individual committer based on requests from some of 
you.

There are different ways that will end up in the EMO's plate. The 
recommendation is that you email emo-records@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx including:
* The account you currently have, including your mail.
* The mail you want to use as individual committer.

Please be aware that you will need to sign the INDIVIDUAL COMMITTER AGREEMENT.
