Hi Marta, Luca,

I'm happy for you to join the second half of the PMC call this Thursday. 

But I wouldn't wait for the call to describe the problem. We already understand the need for this request.

So here's what I suggest:

1. Write up a set of requirements that address both the security and IP compliance needs and email it to Oniro-dev by Wednesday.
2. We can discuss the proposal and ask questions on it on the PMC call on Thursday.
3. After any needed changes, you can fill out a new ticket and we'll get the PMC to vote on it.
