Klaus Deissner has expired the commit rights for Elisabeth Riemann
(eriemann).  The reason for this change is:

Because of the organizational circumstances here at SAP Lizzie never really
got involved in the project. Things just turned out differently from what
we expected. Nevertheless I would like to thank her for showing interest in
the project and for offering help.
