[ng661designer-dev] Newbie question!

Hello,

I'm planning on supporting ARINC661 in an HMI (that is not destined for 
the aero market) - and want to develop some 'known' good sources of 
data.  So NG661 looks perfect - but I am having difficulties installing 
it into Eclipse Version: 2020-03 (4.15.0).  I've tried installing via 
the add local archive, and also copying to the plugins folder - neither 
worked.

Is there any chance of some "getting started" notes for newbies like me?
