I\'ve been impressed by Torkild\'s understanding of the EDP and IP process.
 His communication style with both committers, the community and the IP
team are exemplary.  Torkild\'s contributions date back more than a year
and demonstrate his dedication to the project.  His contributions are
consistently high quality, and he is very receptive to feedback.  Torkild
would be a great addition to the team.
