A committer election for Brandon White on project Eclipse Mylyn (tools.mylyn)
was started by Leo Dos Santos with this criteria:

Brandon White has been contributing to the Mylyn Docs project since October,
with an initial focus on improving and modernizing the Mylyn Docs build
systems. Brandon's contributions have already made an impact on the project.
