[mylyn-dev] R4E intent to join Indigo

Hi,
The R4E team would like to state the intention to join the Indigo
simultaneous release,

R4E is a component within the Mylyn Reviews sub-project of the top
level Mylyn project.
This intent is specific to Mylyn Reviews R4E however if other Mylyn
Reviews components are participating
it's necessary to coordinate parallel efforts i.e. Gerrit Connector
and Task Based Reviews.

We shall define the build strategy e.g. deciding to join the Mylyn
project builds or to use a separate build location, etc.
