Sure. Actually, I've already made the announcement sometime around M2, and we have a corresponding preliminary release record for Oxygen that I can update with our plan once it's finalized.

Regarding the plan for Oxygen: Given the discussion with Ed about automatically checking Marketplace entries, and https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=481160, which we previously loosely discussed for Neon, I'd like to throw that into the ring as well. I'll comment to that effect on the bug.

Also, I'd like to do a final pass through the open Bugzilla backlog. Unfortunately, I haven't gotten around to that because I've been ill last week, but I hope I'll be able to do so tomorrow or over the weekend, so maybe we can finalize the plan early next week?
