[mpc-dev] Helios RC3 build

It seems that the Helios RC3 build didn't include all of the changes in the Git repository.  For details:

I've wiped out the workspace and kicked off a new build which can be found here: https://build.eclipse.org/hudson/job/epp-mpc-nightly/75/

I've labeled the new build 'Helios RC4' since we don't expect any more changes at this point.

Steffen can you push this new build out to the release train?
