For 4.0.18 you basically need to do:
- check if RELEASE_LINE is set to 4.0 (is default value already)
- scroll down
- untick DRY_RUN checkbox
- press Build button
- wait for it to finish

Are there any objections to making the 4.0.18 release today? If not, is RELEASE.md up to date? I kind of hosed up 4.0.16, and I’d like to avoid doing that again. :)
