[microprofile-wg] IMPORTANT: MicroProfile 7.2-related Ballots

All 4 MicroProfile 7.2-related ballots failed because only 5 binding votes were cast, and a supermajority of 6 was required. Thanks to all that have voted, both binding and non-binding votes.

I will be restarting the ballots early Friday, sending out frequent reminders, and following up directly if needed.
