Event support (community day) reduced from $10,000 to $2500.

Motion to approve the revised 2024 budget as presented via
email on Dec. 5th and again today in meeting.
"Resolved, the Steering Committee approves the revised
2024 budget acknowledging that it aligns with the available revenue in support of the program plan."

text and attached the budget.

Need to finalize by end of year, ideally ASAP for Tarun to
begin working.

Foundation will be responsible for paperwork, materials and
logistics.

decisions to be made later. Actual sponsorship is free so no budget decision.

If it is an implementation detail, then not a major change (minor or service release)
