I got the shipping information from Atlanta JUG.

Only Payara's still in pending.

Should we for some reason not be able to get the appropriate information by this Friday, Might I suggest that we the allocations for these 2 groups be delivered to Tomitribe or (if time permits to arrive on time), perhaps they can be shipped to EclipseCon for distribution there.

2021 Members, 

To facilitate each Member sending its complete shipping details, attached is an excel sheet. Each Member is welcomed to fill columns: N, O, and P and return it to the EF. Or send that information without the sheet. 
Next week, BSC (shipping Vendor) will pick up the shirts from the printer's storage to promptly ship them to all. BSC also has the sheet.

Future support logistics:
If any member requires its package's shipping tracking # (column D), please contact Emerson via microprofile-swag@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, (5 Admins). BSC will provide Admins with the shipping data once the ten packages are shipped.

As discussed on Sept 12th and 13th marketing & community calls, please look at the updated 2021 Tab- Swag Allocation - Steering Committee Members.   

There were a few extra shirts after equal division available. Biasedly, I allocated most of the extra shirts to the 3 JUGs. Everyone is welcome to provide feedback directly on the git issue update comment. 

With the help of the EF team, the expected global shipment is Sept.  The Foundation will request the 2021 Members' addresses.

PS: Tomitribe has added an extra S shirt due to Kevin's swag request https://github.com/eclipse/microprofile-marketing/issues/631. We will ship to Kevin those items.💛
