One nit...  On
chart 8, there is this statement:

• Add Jakarta Annotation to the platform spec as it was pulled in as transitive dependency

But, Jakarta Annotation
(or Java EE Annotation right now) is already part of our Platform spec.
 I tried to indicate that on our call, but maybe it got lost.  Thanks.
