I am pretty sure that these messages are an artifact of how Emily tried to share the document, not how the Shared Drive is set up. What email address does that expand to?

Can you please confirm that the MPWG drive called "external" under the Eclipse Foundation infra provides Full- View Access to everyone on the internet?
