All,

Just a clarifying note that we can do a plan review and even a final release at any time.   This does not have to be done within the windows the platform identifies for its own releases. 

Should inspiration hit us and magic happen, we would submit a plan based on early agreement -- when that happens.  The most ideal case is that we would be in mid to late stages on that plan when the Platform spec solicits feedback on who would be included in Jakarta EE.next.

Our window is perpetually wide open.
