If you use Google calendar, you can
click on any event, and then click 'copy to my calendar'.

Alternately, you can add the public
calendar 'Eclipse M2T Project' to your google calendar. From there, you
can set notifications, etc. Except next week's meeting, all the meetings
are based on the same repeating event, so you should be able to set notifications
for all events only once.

If you don't use Google calendar, a
number of export formats are available, including iCal, Atom and HTML.
I've added links to this on the meeting page.

Also, what time zone does the calendar
display for you? I'm hoping that it automatically shows the correct one
for your location - but this is hard for me to test :-)

I have set up the Google calendar. If you subscribe to the calendar, you
get an e-mail notification 1 week in advance. You can add your own notifications
as well.

It seems my reminder wasn't put out in time - after 20 mintues, no one
else has shown up. Let's try again for next Thursday (Aug 28) at the same
times: 1700 CEST, 1100 EDT,
0800 PDT 

I'm working on getting a Google calendar setup for the project so that
we don't have to rely on internal systems for reminders. And, with Google,
you can get reminders in a variety of ways (e-mail, text message, ...)

I'll post another message once the calendar is setup.
