No guarantees yet that all of these work, but I've started publishing the initial results of getting everything back up and running. I'm publishing p2 sites for most of the extras here:
If you want to try the EGit extra, for example, then you can point your update manager here:
Hopefully by the end of next week we'll have most of them in a state where more users can try them.
