lsp4j has been on GitHub with Eclipse for a while, and as a result it is in the main eclipse organization. Newer projects on GitHub go in their own organizations.

Now that we have started using GitHub Actions to validate PRs we will have to share resources will all other projects in the same org, so having our own org should speed things up. I have put in the request with EF helpdesk.

Thanks Mickael Istria for providing PRs and everyone else who jumped in to provide a review and feedback. It is great to see how many people monitor LSP4J issues/PRs and share their experience and expertise!
