Thanks Alex,

As EPP was using Java 11 to build that seems like the probable cause. I have tried switching to Java 17 to build with now and will know in a couple of hours if that was the issue.

I haven't spent much time trying to track down the problem in the hope that you may have an idea where I should start. AFAICT org.eclipse.linuxtools.rpm is in the staging repo.
