[kura-dev] Wifi Fallback option.

Hi all,

I've been thinking of developing a plugin to give Kura the ability to fallback in to AP mode from STA mode in case if it fails to associate with a pre-configured WIFI AP.

Just wanted to see what your thought are about this. And also any heads up directions are also welcome.
