Re: [jta-dev] Jakarta Transactions 2.0.1 service release

The artifact should now have been released: https://ci.eclipse.org/jta/view/Enabled/job/NexusStaging-list,close,drop,release/41/parameters/

I have updated the list of releases on https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/ee4j.jta with the 2.0.1 service release.

The build is currently running for a PR [1] to get commits back onto master but after that then please can a committer provide a review and I will merge it in?

Thanks for the contributions to this release! Code change commits from non-project committers have come from grgrzybek, pzygielo and starksm64 - thank you!

Kind regards,
Tom

Unless someone raises something to block it, I will look to start the release of 2.0.1 after 9am on Thursday (UTC+1) - any problems please do respond.

Many thanks,
Tom

We have 205 merged now, although it seems that we are unable to get TCK results currently: https://ci.eclipse.org/jta/view/Enabled/job/eclipse-ee4j_jta-api-openjdk-jdk11-latest/36/console

Hi,

If  there any items appropriate for a JESP service release [1] that people would want to see merged from:
Or:
Please can you provide their feedback by next Tuesday 12:00 (UTC+0)?

If something is proposed for 2.0.1 after that (or no decision final on an item that doesn't seem to block the release is proposed before then) by then we can consider the item for a 2.0.2 as appropriate.

I think PR https://github.com/jakartaee/transactions/pull/205 should block the release, it should hopefully give the branch `master` the commit that 2.0.1-RC1 used.

Best regards,
Tom
