A committer election for VINAY VISHAL on project Eclipse Project for JTA
(ee4j.jta) was started by Dmitry Kornilov with this criteria:

Vinay is an Oracle employee working on JTA project. He's been participating
in transferring several other EE4J project to the Eclipse Foundation. I am
highly recommending Vinay and believe that he is a valuable addition to JTA
team.
