Terry is a long-time Eclipse contributor and is familiar both with how
Eclipse projects work and how Eclipse uses them.

Alongside the performance improvements, Terry has done good work toward
making JGit\'s bitmap generation code less fragile, both by adding tests
and by refactoring to make it easier to understand (hence harder to break)
and approachable to newcomers.

I\'ll be happy to see him as a committer and able to apply the same
treatment to other JGit code.
