I sent the IP logs for 2.3 to the legal team for review, forked stable-2.3 branches,

tagged 2.3.0.201302060400-rc1 and contributed it to Juno SR2 RC3 and Kepler M5.

Find the release candidate here and give it a try:

As IP logs are in review from now on we can only accept committer changes on the
stable-2.3 branches.

I plan to tag the final 2.3 beginning of next week.
