I tagged release 2.2 but due to bug 396884 [1] I can't yet build the

release since Hudson can't fetch from the jgit repository due to a

bad pack header error.

I verified the build locally but for producing the release we need to

build on Hudson for signing. So the release has to wait until this

problem is fixed.
