[jgit-dev] disabled jgit.gerrit builds

Since Mar 31 we face frequent aborted builds of the

JGit verification build job jgit.gerrit [1] running on sandbox

hudson. I filed [2] to find a solution. I also disabled this

build job until we have an idea what's going wrong here

since negative votes from aborted builds are rather 

disturbing.
