[jgit-dev] Two changes requiring CQs

Guys,

Some time ago I proposed two, larger changes:
* Add ApplyCommand to JGit API, http://egit.eclipse.org/r/#change,4717

* Allow to write tests with CLI syntax,
http://egit.eclipse.org/r/#change,4720
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=365444

Both of them are over 250 lines, so if there is a chance of accepting
them I guess CQs need to be started. As you probably know, this make
take some time. That combined with additional iterations on the
changes I started to worry if they make it for 1.3.

If there is anything I can help with to push them forward, please let me know.
