There is a typo in parameter name

 -D-DaltDeploymentRepository

 ^^^^ note double '-D' part

Oops, this was my fault, now it works using the parameter

 -DaltDeploymentRepository=localremote::default::file:///opt/users...

So now all our central builds now run on maven-3.0,
