Hi all,

The latest change in JGit (Repository can be configured with FS) breaks the EGit build.

*Argh*, this change broke the JGit API in a couple of places.

I did run the test suite on this change, but only the jgit test suite, damn !

Shawn: should we reset the master branch (it's been the last change) ?
