Jetty release 9.3.9.v20160517 is now available from the 
eclipse download page and in the 
maven central repository.  This release fixes several important issues including some edge-case CPU spins, deadlocks and file system issues.   It is 
highly recommended that all jetty 9.3.x users upgrade to 9.3.9, specially those on windows platform.
