[jca-dev] EE10 status

There don't seem to be any open issues for EE10 as far as I can see in the https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/jca-api/issues list. There is an outstanding https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/jca-api/issues/127 request to produce a 2.1.0-RC1, but the current https://ci.eclipse.org/jca/job/jca-api-master/ job is failing due to using JDK8 while the enforcer plugin has been updated to require 11+.

Can someone produce a 2.1.0-RC1 release for EE10?
