I just realised late the the next release version is actually 1.7.4 rather than 1.7.3 as 1.7.3 already exists in maven central. I therefore need a rapid reivew of the PR to increment the poms so I can go and generate the release artificats for Jaakarta EE 8.

Please add your review to https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/jca-api/pull/54 so I can merge and generate a release artifact with the correct version.
