Hi,

I have been assigned by the Specification Committee to mentor you through the process of finalizing the PR for the upcoming release review of Jakarta Web Services Metadata.

As a part of wave 0, the review ballot can start anytime before August 24.

I have added a checklist to the PR and started ticking boxes off. As soon as we feel it is ready, it will board the first available release train wave. Great work!
