the place where additional hands are needed right now is updating spec 
documents, ie https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/jws-api/tree/master/spec 
is the shortest and probably easiest to do.

there is some how to/what's needed in 
https://github.com/jakartaee/specification-committee/blob/master/steps_javaee_to_jakartaee.adoc
