I expect this mailing list to change to mail-dev@xxxxxxxxxxx,
as described in the bug report:
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=548921

I assume Eclipse will make sure everyone on the current list is subscribed
to the new list.  I don't know if mail to the old name will be forwarded
but since this mailing list is not heavily used I'm not too worried.

And yes, the web site will change to https://eclipse-ee4j.github.io/mail.
My understanding is that GitHub will redirect from the old URLs, but I
guess we'll see how well that works.
