Jakarta Project leads,
For milestone 1 for Jakarta EE 12, we are aiming to have deliveries for each specification by October 15. Right now there is some risk related to publishing, but we are working through that as best we can. If that is the main thing
blocking you from having a delivery for Milestone 1 for your API jar, we can work through it until it is working, but best to have everything else done. In order to help track status for each component, a Milestone 1 issue was opened against each repository
with some general goals of things to be completed as part of Milestone 1. I have updated to mark complete some goals that I believe are already complete, but I could be wrong. If I wasn't sure, I added some information under the goal.
In order to track progress for each milestone we will use a dashboard like we did for release reviews. The dashboard is located
here. I have moved things to In Progress if it appeared that things were in progress. If you are done with all of your work for Milestone 1 and the only thing that is remaining is publishing artifacts,
please move it to Done and then we know that the only thing left is to get things published. Obviously, if you published your artifacts you can move your Milestone 1 issue to Published.
