Reasoning is that it adds burden to app servers and users and DeltaSpike prove it was actually not that required and it is worse since k8s and uservices are common and the most runtime consumers cause it is often overkill and slow down time to market due to abstraction which restricts too much (efficient) refactors and updates (using object model leads to absurd cases counter productive/performant).

Not sure if the vote would count, since I am a contributor but not a committer.

Reasoning is that it standardizes things that have been in DeltaSpike for years and is moves the platform forward vs. Spring.
