I am confused with the PR (https://github.com/jakartaee/concurrency/pull/259) as they directly exclude tests.

We do need to adjust the runner in the Jakarta TCK project to use another suite.xml file instead of using the exclude-groups feature.

The Specification Committee has approved an exception to the TCK process to be able to change tests in a service release for the current issue to resolve that inability of the TCK to run in the Web Profile.
