[jakartaee-platform-dev] Update regarding guidance on how to produce standalone TCKs for Jakarta EE 10...

Hi,

I'm starting to draft a document for us to discuss regarding guidance on how to produce standalone TCKs [1] for Jakarta EE 10.  I will share the draft document soon.  I was going to do this via email but am now thinking having a document that we can collaborate on might be easier.  Thoughts?
