Milestone 4, TCK refactoring and execution update
The TCK Project intends to create a dashboard on GitHub to provide the status of the TCK refactoring. This dashboard should be ready in a couple of weeks according to the TCK Call today. Good progress with the refactoring.

Determine which issues to label as “enhancement” and add to our board
Close issues which can are no longer relevant or have been dealt with
