Hi,

This is to inform you that I will shortly announce on the
public mailing list that the plan reviews for Authentication,
Pages, and Persistence did not pass due to an insufficient
          number of votes.
Super-majority (in our case 7 +1s are needed) for a
          review to pass.

For the three above-mentioned plan reviews, only 6
          specification committee members voted.

None of the specifications received votes from the
          following members:

        - Ed Bratt, Dmitry Kornilov - Oracle
        - David Blevins, Jean-Louis Monterio - Tomitribe
        - Marcelo
            Ancelmo, Abraham
Marin-Perez - LJC (Participant Members representative)
        - Scott Stark, Scott
Marlow - Red Hat (Enterprise Members representative)

Is there a problem with the public spec committee mailing
lists? Are the primary representatives (listed first)
          subscribing to the list?

Can you please verify that you receive the ballot emails?
As a Jakarta EE Specification Committee member, you have an
obligation to vote. Even a -1 or a 0 vote is a valid choice. Not
        voting is not an option.
