[jakarta.ee-spec.committee] Jakarta EE 10 Specification Ballots - Progress

Dear Spec Committee,

Our specification ballot tracking spreadsheet is here. We are closing in on the halfway point in the release ballots: 11 done / 5 in ballot / 16 togo / 32 in total including Platform + Web & Core Profiles. Nicely done!

See below, I have filtered on the remaining individual specifications that are in the Mentor Review in Progress state. My ask to mentors is to review the applicable PRs, add comments and follow-up with the projects as appropriate.

Talk to you all on Wednesday in the Spec Committee meeting. Thanks for your attention to this matter.
