Hi,

There is a question about plan review.
Some of PRs include Specification Document, API docs, TCK in the "_index.md".
For example, WebSocket (https://github.com/jakartaee/specifications/pull/365).

Because we do not evaluate Spec doc and TCK in the plan review,
should we remove these lines ?

When we vote for and approve the plan review while these lines exist in PR,
are these specification document and TCK also regarded to approve ?
