I think that's good advice, Werner. It was my first instinct, but wanted to be cooperative as possible.
I've yanked it from the minutes. We can add it once we're done with the presentation and conversation.

In the interest of transparency I would not scatter it into little pieces, I mean it’s not like some secret parts of a Vatican document they break apart so nobody gets the whole Picture ;-) I would not put anything into the minutes yet, if you really cannot share the links to the slides yet, then wait till the second part. Werner Gesendet von Mail für Windows 10 All, I did have concerns about sharing the full deck now. I primarily wanted to use the slides to focus my thoughts to facilitate a verbal discussion. The slides don't really stand on their own. As a compromise I've put in the minutes the portion of the slides that were presented. My request is that everyone hold comments until I can actually finish. An unfinished presentation naturally generates more questions than answers. It isn't my intent to have the conversation over email. I really do want to speak to you all as I feel my past attempts to try to make myself understood have not gone well. This time was challenged as well, but I still hope to turn that around and come out with something positive at the end.
Hi David, as many of us are interested in the slides you presented today, would you mind sharing the slides' link in the meeting minutes document so we can review? Many thanks, Tanja On 2021-02-24 1:30 p.m., Paul Buck wrote:
Thanks for letting us know. The action item that was assigned to you was to encourage you to be available for the biweekly calls. Hi everyone, I have a work meeting at the same time and will not be able to join the call. Please let me know if any action is assigned to me. Can you send the slides out for review as I may not be able to make the meeting tomorrow due to travel. I believe you are wanting to address the current callout on the spec implementation used to validate the tck and I'm curious what the alternative proposal is. Thanks, Paul. Still working on the slides. I think we'll need more than 10 minutes and I do think it'd be good for everyone to have some time to think about what they heard before we push some of the related items to completion.
Hi David,
Providing the committee accepts your request, I will allocate 10 minutes for you on the agenda. If you have slides, do you want to send them ahead of time so we can prepare for your topic? I put a request for time at the top of the hour, just after our check in on Jakarta EE 9.1 which should be brief. I'd ideally like to do that when everyone is fresh and we haven't already covered several topics. If people are willing to give that time I'd be very grateful.
The agenda for our committee call on Wednesday at 17:00 UTC is here. Please update and add items as required.
